NEO TRAC G2 was first imported into Australia in early 2005. Designed primarily as a covertly installed, post theft recovery system, it quickly found friends here.  NEO-TRAC was originally conceived for applications in the motorcycle market and the earth moving industry. It has always been small, very tough and has never looked like a tracking system.

 

In June 2007 both Mercedes Benz and the BMW Group approved NEO TRAC as the only tracking system they and their insurers recognised.

2008 saw us release online log in for our clients and the start of our fleet reporting program.

2009 saw us enter a development JV with one of Australia's largest cash carriers to develop a unique system to protect high value items.

2011 saw the NEO TRAC G4 arrive. At this time we realigned our pricing dramatically and unveiled our highly functional online reporting portal.

 

The G4 comes in three main variants;

 

* G4; Standard vehicle / machine applications.

* G4T; Immersible with hardened case.

* G4P; Portable.

 

2013 saw us lower our charges to less than $1.00 per day.

Some notable recoveries effected by NEO TRAC.

 

One Christmas Eve, a client noticed an excavator was missing. We located it and police secured the machine. The client hadn't realised the offenders had also taken a one of their brand new trailers to put the excavator upon, a brand new prime mover to pull it and even hitched up a compressor as well - all from the same job site.

 

A client reported his HSV Maloo missing from Kings Cross at 2am. By 2.45am police had secured the undamaged vehicle.

 

One excavator belonging to a client has been stolen three times and located by us without any problem on each occasion. The client renamed this machine on his log in as 'Boomerang.'

 

We located a stolen AMG Mercedes in a shipping container at Port Botany. The container was due to have been loaded onto a ship the very next day...

 

A stolen excavator was located for a client - working on the very same site that the client had been using that machine to work on just two weeks previously.

 

We located a mini excavator for a client who'd only taken delivery of the machine the previous day. We look after that clients entire fleet now.
